I later found another section labelled "completion items" where some stuff wasn't completed such as some heat actions, weapons, equipment and colosseum opponents. To my knowledge, only the completion list matters for the achievement and these shouldn't count.I'm pretty sure in yakuza 0 they gave out cheat items for all the games.
