I called about 1 room not getting service and to have it fixed. TV started working and next bill came with a $200 fee for early termination. Called afterwards n was told it would be credited. Another call, not credited. Still paying the high bill n Still no credit. Tired off calling so I will make this post to see if anyone else has this issue
