The horizon walker should consistently use their bonus action almost every turn for the damage added class feature to build effectively. Go half-elf for elven accuracy option. On a side note, unless this is your first time optimizing, I would urge you to intentionally give yourself an Achilles heel or two that shows up occasionally.Horizon Walker's 3rd Core for effectively a permanent Haste ability was a goal to fit into the build. Normal Longbow Ranger, Sharpshooter and Archery is fairly self-explanatory. Heavy Crossbow Ranger with Crossbow Expert and Sharpshooter can also work, though it's worth noting that requires an extra feat for little benefit.
